Most of the details will simply impose themselves, in particular large princess beds, pink and pinkish walls, castle wallpapers, ivory satin, furry pillows, and tones of stuffed toys.
The challenge here is to select accessories the princess won't be bored with or overgrow after few months, and that refers particularly to larger beds and closets, homework desks, and book shelves whose usability will last.

Carriage-like beds
As we mentioned before, the princess bed is the centerpiece of the room, so begin redecorating by choosing a fairy tale-inspired element. You can go with an amazing, over sized trundle bed which gives the room just as much Parisian flair as it takes to turn it into a castle.

Whimsical crowns
A solid green and striped pink bed crown will add the room the regal touch it needs without necessarily breaking the bank. Attach those behind the bed's headboard, and your little princess will love it!

Bunk beds
The logic of princess beds is the larger the better and that makes bunk beds a great idea. Thanks to the extra space, your little girl can hug her toys while sleeping. Now, tell me about the princess that would refuse that!
Disney-inspired bedrooms
Disney has a lot to do with girls' perception of princesses and castles, so why not starting with a Disney-inspired theme? Do some research to find out who your daughter's favorite character is, and put large wallpaper with it for her to enjoy.

The fun room
Children's room simply wouldn't make sense if they were not enjoyable, so make sure there is enough playing space and plenty of the toys your girl likes. For instance, you can add a slide or a small trampoline to make sure her and her friends will love spending time there. Note, however, that extra toys and gadgets require extra storage space, so add few hidden drawers in case.

Castle-inspired beds
With the budget and the time needed to create an imposing princess room, you could also consider a genuine castle bed. Designers offer many creative pieces, including such that have two towers on the side to use as shelving systems and nightstands, and an overdone headboard that will immediately attract attention.
A castle bed doesn't always have to be large – if you handle the details with care, your princess won't mind the size.

The best thing about castle beds is that they are all unique, and there is an unlimited array of structures, shapes, and sizes for you to choose from. They are also offered on two levels (a bottom and a top bunk connected with a slide/stairway), or genuinely belong to a small, semi-open castle the princess can use to play.
Attention-demanding bedrooms
Every kid's bedroom will be a successful project if you can guess what the kid genuinely wants, which is why we have nothing against bold and striking bedrooms for active and creative owners. For instance, you can attach black-and-white rectangular canopies on the ceiling, with a tufted headboard soaring up to meet them.

It is a very modern solution, but you can 'soften' it with a couple of traditional, tied back drapes (preferably white).
Traditional bedrooms
It is not difficult to guess that little princess like to play in doll houses, but how about giving them the chance to live inside one? This will be easy to achieve with a bunk bed, where the girl will have an upper bank for sleeping, and a lower, daylong one to play on and to store toys.
This type of beds is always unique and turns into a girl's favorite memory, which is why it usually stays in the family for generations to come.

Classic canopy beds
There is something extremely feminine and romantic about canopy beds, both in the case of creative girls and dreamy ladies. Plus, these beds are commonly associated with elegance and sophistication, and they never go out of style.
There are many ways in which you can transform a classic canopy bed into a princess one, but most of the time it will be enough to attach a small canopy to the wall, and to decorate it with pink ribbons.
To keep the décor cohesive, make sure the canopy matches the curtains, or at least resembles them. Still, try to preserve some diversity in the room, as children appreciate this way more than they appreciate balance and perfect order.

Playtime bedrooms
Your little girl's room is where here entire Disney-related fantasy comes to life, so make sure you accessorize it with all necessary details. Make sure her favorite dolls are at her fingertips, with all dresses and accessories for her to make them perfect. Few beautiful wall hooks will also help decorate the room, but also organize her clothes.
Colorful bedrooms
Who said that princess rooms are exclusively pink? In fact, they can radiate several colorful vibes to make the princess cheerful, and to support the girly and perky note of her small kingdom.

Shared princess rooms
If decorating a room for two girls, balance the space with matching beds, and add extra storage. The same as before, try to make the place look chic and glamorous, paying attention to details both girls would prefer.
Vintage bedrooms
Princess themed rooms are vintage by default, and that's due to their architecture just as it is to your good taste. Thereof, if you have a rounded room or one with a high, valued ceiling, you've got yourself a winner.

Remember – your choice is unlimited, and you get to change everything including the classic color palette. Think of what the girl really likes, and half of the work will already be done.
